The communal space combines a spacious, wide-open kitchen, a dining area, and a work corner, with a focus on maximizing storage with functional cabinets.
Significant importance was given to the efficient design of the kitchen, emphasizing practicality, extensive hosting capabilities, and storage.
The combination of natural materials and geometrically organized shades in a cubic form highlights the division between different areas - Materials cube.
