An apartment for a couple in their senior years, tailored to their unique hosting and storage needs

The apartment was designed in a modern classic style, incorporating warm elements from the world of furniture and accessories owned by the residents, such as pictures and glassware.

The unique apartment height allows for a combination of gypsum ceilings and special recessed lighting throughout the entire house

The communal space is open and very well-lit, with separation into "corners" achieved through the use of lighting

In the clear design, the separation between the communal space, characterized by several open and spacious entertainment corners, and the private space intended for daily use, which includes bedrooms, living areas, a TV room, a workspace, and a family area, is evident

In the living room, the fireplace is integrated as a central element within the TV wall. The wall is adorned with light-colored carpentry that combines storage and blends with the wall tones. Touches of wood and black color provide a soft and warm appearance

A large kitchen design, planned for maximum storage space and practicality, incorporates a rich wine refrigerator positioned as a transitional element, serving as a focal point between the kitchen and the living room
