:In planning and designing for ages 55+ and the third age, it is recommended to pay attention to the following points

Developers and Transitions

During the home planning stage, it is important to design wide passageways and spacious doorways, and to prioritize ease of movement within the space.

Plan Spaces

When fewer rooms are needed, it's beneficial to expand living spaces at the expense of other rooms.

bathrooms

Despite our love for luxurious baths, it is advisable to replace them with a large and spacious shower unit.

Bedroom

A firm and relatively high bed that allows for easy and comfortable getting up and lying down.

Kitchen

High importance should be given to the storage and placement of electrical appliances in order to avoid bending over or lifting heavy items such as heavy pans

אירוח

The dining area should be placed in such a way that we don't have to rearrange the entire house when extending the dining area for hosting

Lightning

Care should be taken to have night lighting in the bedroom, on the way to the bathroom, and in the kitchen
